Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Mortgage Loan Officer located in New York, NY. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for generating and managing mortgage loan applications, evaluating customers’ financial positions, and guiding clients through the loan process. The role includes engaging with potential borrowers, reviewing loan applications, analyzing financial documents, and collaborating with underwriting teams to ensure loan approval.

The Mortgage Loan Officer will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide expert advice, and deliver excellent service to meet their home financing needs.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Mortgage Lending practices, including Loan Officer expertise and experience in the Mortgage Industry
  • Understanding of underwriting processes and procedures
  • Proven experience in providing exceptional Customer Service
  • Ability to analyze financial documents and ensure compliance with lending regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
  • Proficiency in industry‑related technology and tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred
  • State‑specific licensing for Mortgage Loan Officers is required
