Join our Mental Health Associates providing support to clients through multi‑modal group sessions, patient break supervision, routine monitoring of urine drug screens, and various clerical and operational activities. High Focus Centers in Parsippany is a premier outpatient provider for mental health, substance use, and co‑occurring disorders. Our highly trained staff create individualized, comprehensive treatment plans designed to meet each client’s goals.

Hourly Rate: $17.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday varied between 7a‑3p, 8a‑4p, 8:30a‑4:30p or 9a‑5p

• Monitoring/observing patients during the treatment day as well as participating in groups.
• Training to include oversight of didactic sessions, multi‑modal group sessions, patient break supervision.
• Monitoring of urine drug screens.
• Clerical and operational activities as needed.
• Driving required.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Driver’s License required.
