Ideal for individuals studying or holding degrees in psychology, social services, early education, behavior sciences, or anyone experienced as a daycare/preschool worker, paraprofessional, DSP, nanny, babysitter, or caregiver.
Application Process- Initial virtual interview (30 min) with a recruiter.
- On‑site interview to meet staff and shadow current technicians.
- Conduct 1:1 therapy sessions with clients.
- Follow skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
- Collect and record data, write therapy notes.
- Communicate progress to parents/caregivers (with BCBA guidance).
- Assist BCBA in preparing and organizing client materials.
- Attend required trainings to maintain technical knowledge.
- Follow BACB guidelines.
- Work toward obtaining or maintain RBT certification.
- Create a positive and supportive work environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain detail‑oriented.
- Flexible, adaptable, and act with integrity and professionalism.
- Physical capability to lift and assist clients up to 30 pounds and perform required movements.
- Ability to perform data collection and maintain therapy spaces, including medication administration when required.
- Experience with children 2‑12 in classroom, daycare, 1:1, or instructional childcare settings.
- Experience applying principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Non‑Exempt, Full‑time. Pay ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. Comprehensive benefits package as listed.
