• Coordinate and execute reimbursement and payer strategies to maximize opportunities for the employer
• Develop relationships with payer personnel to advance strategic initiatives
• Lead cross-functional program execution with collaboration among internal partners
• Communicate goals and objectives of assigned payer programs to internal departments
• Educate internal partners on the evolution of payer practices in pricing, reimbursement, and claims processing

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2-4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong reimbursement operations background
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills

• Fluency in insurance and medical terminology
• Track record of delivering results through collaboration within a large organization
• Highly developed planning skills
• Knowledgeable in the reimbursement and appeals processes
