Direct Hire Manager-Great Lakes / Upper Northeast

We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented HR Manager to support recruitment, onboarding, data management, and project-related HR activities. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, project oriented environment and is looking to grow within human resources.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and supporting hiring managers.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and related documentation.
HR Systems & Data Management
  • Ensure HR systems (e.g., MYRB) are consistently updated with accurate employee data.
  • Track and manage expiration dates of temporary contracts; notify relevant stakeholders in advance.
  • Support data integrity efforts and assist with HR reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with the project team to deliver HR related tasks and initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders on day-to-day HR topics and change management efforts.
  • Support project-related HR documentation, communication, and coordination.
General HR Coordination
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide accurate HR guidance.
  • Support ad hoc HR projects, process improvements, and internal initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in HR coordination or administration, preferably within a project-based or transitional environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, HR documentation, and onboarding processes.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (experience with Success Factors, SAP, or Workday is a plus).
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
