Sr. Director, Human Resources Operations

Teva Pharmaceuticals is hiring a Sr. Director, Human Resources Operations to partner with our Global Operations leaders across a 35‑site network of 15,000 employees.

How You’ll Spend Your Day
  • Serve as strategic HR advisor to senior leaders.
  • Lead people strategies supporting large‑scale transformation and organizational redesign.
  • Drive workforce planning, leadership development, succession, and talent management.
  • Champion change management initiatives and culture evolution.
  • Guide employee relations and ensure consistent HR practices across a dispersed employee network.
  • Direct and mentor a high‑performing HR Business Partner team.
  • Partner with HR centres of excellence to deliver integrated talent, reward, and organizational solutions.
  • Use data and workforce insights to inform decisions and improve performance.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
    Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior HRBP roles.
  • Strong background supporting Global Operations.
  • Experience in pharma, generics, biotech, or other highly regulated industry strongly preferred.
  • Proven success leading HR strategy through large‑scale, complex transformations.
  • Experience working in global, matrixed, multi‑site organizations.
  • Excellent influencing skills and partnership with executive leaders.
  • Expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development.

Compensation

The annual starting salary is between $227,000 and $298,000, with additional compensation such as restricted stock units and discretionary awards.
