Job Summary

Reckitt is seeking an inspired HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team, utilising their strategic HR expertise to influence our fast-moving environment. Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and supporting hiring managers.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and documentation.
HR Systems & Data Management
  • Ensure HR systems such as MYRB are consistently updated with accurate employee data.
  • Track and manage expiration dates of temporary contracts and notify relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Support data integrity and reporting needs.
Project Support – Disentanglement
  • Collaborate with the project team to support HR-related deliverables.
  • Partner business leaders in day-to-day HR topics.
  • Provide support on change management.
  • Provide support for project-related HR activities, including documentation and communication.
General HR Coordination
  • Respond to employee HR related queries.
  • Support ad hoc HR initiatives and process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in HR coordination or administration, ideally in a project-based or transitional environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR documentation.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (experience with Success Factors is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The experience we're looking for
  • Previous experience in a similar role or within HR departments.
  • University degree (preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Administration, or related fields).
  • Good understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR administration.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g. SAP, Workday, Success Factors) will be an asset.
