Overview

Responsibilities- Collaborate with account managers and recruiters to understand client staffing needs and deliver appropriate talent solutions.
- Support HRIS implementation and administration, including integrations with other systems.
- Assist with HR analytics using Excel and Tableau to inform talent decisions.
- Perform data mining and complex analytics in Excel to extract insights for workforce planning.
- Technical background with at least 3 years of HR experience.
- HRIS professional with knowledge of implementing and administering highly complex systems and integrations.
- HR analytics in Tableau or Excel
- Complex analytics in Excel and perform data mining.
