Senior Recruiter – Direct Hire Solutions

Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Job Function- Build and maintain client relationships within assigned verticals.
- Source, qualify, and present candidates for direct hire roles.
- Negotiate offers and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team success.
- Achieve and exceed placement and revenue goals.
- 3-4 years of agency recruiting experience (full desk preferred).
- Strong business development and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
