Before you apply, ask yourself- Are you an HR professional who enjoys owning talent processes end-to-end rather than sitting behind policy?
- Have you partnered closely with business leaders and recruitment agencies to deliver real hiring and succession outcomes?
- Are you comfortable working at pace in a matrix environment where accountability matters?
This is a visible, execution-led talent role supporting the North America business in a fast-moving, private-equity-backed organisation.
You will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner and senior leaders, translating business needs into practical talent actions. The emphasis is on delivery – making sure recruitment happens well, talent processes land properly, and leaders have the insight they need to make decisions.
This role suits someone who:
- Thrives in fast-paced, complex, matrix organisations
- Takes ownership and follows through to outcomes
- Is comfortable with ambiguity, senior exposure, and accountability
You will gain exposure to senior decision-making, meaningful ownership of your scope, and the chance to shape how talent is managed day to day across the region.
What the role involvesAt its core, this role is about making talent processes work in practice. You will coordinate and deliver performance management, calibration, talent reviews, succession planning, promotions, and career frameworks across North America, ensuring consistency and quality.
You will lead recruitment for selected roles, particularly critical or strategic positions. This includes managing external agencies, agreeing on sourcing approaches, coordinating interviews, supporting offers, and ensuring a strong candidate experience.
A key part of the role is insight. You will analyse talent and recruitment data – such as bench strength, internal mobility, attrition risk, and time to fill – and turn it into clear, actionable recommendations for HR and business leaders.
You will also support leadership development and succession planning, tracking readiness and development actions, and facilitating talent discussions. Alongside this, you will contribute to talent-focused projects and provide ad hoc analysis when needed.
What you must haveYou will have a bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related discipline, and around two or more years’ experience in an HR or talent-focused role within a matrixed or multinational environment.
You will have hands‑on experience working with recruitment agencies, exposure to talent reviews or succession processes, and confidence working with HR data and Excel. You will be comfortable handling sensitive issues with discretion and sound judgment.
Nice to haveAn HR certification, such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD, and experience using HRIS platforms such as Workday or Success Factors.
What you get in returnHybrid working in practice, exposure to senior stakeholders, real ownership of outcomes, and a performance‑linked bonus in an environment that values pace and accountability over bureaucracy.
