Ideal Candidate Background

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing or business-facing technical role.

  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver solutions end-to-end.

  • Proficiency in at least one of:
Python, Java, Type Script, or JavaScript.

  • Experience with full-stack development and modern frameworks.

  • Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.

  • Excellent communication skills — able to collaborate with both engineers and business stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving settings focused on measurable impact.

Preferred
  • Prior experience in consulting, forward-deployed engineering, or transformation-focused roles.

  • Exposure to analytics platforms, enterprise systems, or operations technology.

  • Background in industrial engineering, data science, or operations research.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.

  • Travel: 10–25% for on-site deployments and collaboration.

  • Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.

This role offers the best of both worlds — the impact and autonomy of a startup environment within the resources and reach of a global organization. You’ll have direct access to senior leadership, freedom to propose and lead initiatives, and the satisfaction of seeing your solutions scale across tens of thousands of users.
