• Maintain and update data subject rights case information in the One Trust platform, ensuring accurate tracking of privacy processes and responses to data subjects;
• Draft and update privacy documentation including templates and SOPs, status trackers, training materials, One Trust workflows, and assessment summary reports;
• Ensure accurate and complete recording of all Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) data, including findings and actions, in One Trust;
• Help maintain and enhance Privacy Impact Assessments, including the development and automation of new questionnaires, training and supporting business clients in properly completing questionnaires;
• Assist with privacy incident response activities by documenting incidents, tracking response actions, and ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements; and
• Conduct first-level privacy reviews for business initiatives, vendor engagements, and product development to assess compliance with global privacy laws and internal standards.

• You’ll have a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of enterprise-level regulatory compliance-related experience in privacy, data protection, contracts, or similar, preferably in a global environment.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships.
• Ability to quickly understand key business drivers, products and processes.
• Independence, initiative, and knowledge to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated experience conducting privacy impact assessments (PIAs), data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), or similar reviews.
• Familiarity with privacy management tools and systems such as One Trust.
• Knowledge of data classification, consent management, and cross-border data transfer considerations.
• One or more International Association of Privacy Professionals certifications (CIPT/CIPM/CIPP-US/CIPP-E) preferred.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $75,000 - $100,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
