AWS Cloud Platform Engineer in Parsippany, NJ | Onsite | Hybrid Core Requirements
- Experience:
8 years in Cloud platform engineering.
- AWS: RDS, Redshift, DMS, Lambda.
- OCI Cloud data services.
- Infrastructure-as-Code:
Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation.
- IBM CDC replication technologies.
- Confluent Kafka.
- IBM Voltage encryption.
SQL Expertise
- Strong in Couchbase cluster management.
- Version upgrades, security patching, and performance tuning.
- High availability via node scaling and rebalancing.
- Python & Shell scripting.
- Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines.
- Linux/Unix environments.
- Networking protocols.
- Ownership of production systems.
- Excellent communication.
- Comfortable working across IST & US Eastern time zones.
- AWS Advanced Certifications.
- Multi-cloud platform exposure.
- Distributed systems architecture experience.
- Hands-on with Kafka streaming platforms.
- Couchbase (or similar No
SQL) cluster admin experience. - Data replication pipeline development and maintenance.
