Vega is Staffing this Digital Web Product Manager for our direct client. This is an onsite, W2 based position located in Morris County, New Jersey. Seeking candidates who reside within a commutable distance to the client site.

The Digital Marketing team. Our client is seeking an organized, proactive Digital Web Product Manager In this role, the candidate will serve as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and IT, facilitating website execution and technical delivery. Seeking a self-starter and practical problem solver, who will translate business requirements into actionable user stories, manage Jira sprint priorities, and help optimize our digital platforms for peak efficiency.

• 3 5 years of experience coordinating or managing web delivery in a cross-functional environment.
• Hands-on experience working directly with IT teams, writing clear user stories, and managing sprint cycles in Jira.
• Strong foundational understanding of Agile/Scrum practices (backlog grooming, sprint planning, retro).
• Familiarity with enterprise CMS platforms (Sitecore experience is a plus).
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 to review page performance and inform ticket priorities.
• Exposure to web tools/integrations (e.g., chatbots, localization, customer reviews, AEO/SEO practices).
• Working knowledge of web deployment flows (testing features in UAT through live production)

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to simplify complex ideas into actionable project steps.
• Strong organizational skills with a customer-first mindset.
