Experience in handling matters from intake to pre-trial posture within NJ State Courts.
Experience in litigating within NJ State Court.
Experience with taking and defending depositions.
Experience in drafting and responding to discovery.
Experience in motion practice.
Experience in preparation of pleadings.
Experience in client contact.
Admitted to NJ BAR.
Admission to NY Bar.
Any additional bar admission is a plus
Job Description
