Cold Chain Logistic Specialist

Global Food and Beverage manufacturer seeking a Logistics & Cold Chain Manager to oversee third-party warehousing, transportation, and inventory operations for high-volume FMCG products. This role is responsible for managing 3PL partners, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining cold chain compliance, and optimizing distribution networks to meet customer and retailer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 3PL warehouse and cold storage providers, ensuring service levels, KPIs, and inventory standards are consistently met.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, FEFO rotation practices, and warehouse capacity planning to support business demand.
• Coordinate refrigerated transportation operations, including FTL and LTL shipments, while maintaining cold chain integrity and compliance.
• Monitor delivery performance, optimize distribution routes, and ensure adherence to retailer requirements and delivery windows.
• Manage warehousing and freight budgets, support vendor contract negotiations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with internal teams to align ERP systems with warehouse management (WMS) and transportation management (TMS) platforms.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of logistics, supply chain, or distribution experience with a strong background in 3PL management.
• Experience supporting high-volume FMCG, food, beverage, or temperature-sensitive products.
• Knowledge of food safety and regulatory requirements, including HACCP, FDA, and FSMA.
• Strong analytical, inventory management, vendor management, and transportation planning skills.
• Experience working with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems preferred.
