Associate Director, Engagement Strategy

In this role, you will:
- Be the Architect of Omnichannel Engagement: Lead the development of cross‑channel media strategies to create a seamless and engaging brand experience.
- Guide Strategic Planning & Execution: Oversee the engagement planning team, providing guidance and mentorship to align tactics with brand goals and business objectives.
- Champion Client Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with key client contacts, acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
- Drive Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of the media landscape, adopting innovative approaches and cutting‑edge technologies to maximize campaign impact.
- Foster a Culture of Excellence: Inspire and mentor a team of planners, fostering collaboration and growth.
What you will bring?
- Strategic Visionary: 7+ years of media planning experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role and a proven track record of cross‑channel strategy.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Passion for developing and empowering team members.
- Client‑Focused Approach: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
- Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical and patient markets and all media channels.
