Provide support to Marketing and other functions by monitoring, synthesizing and disseminating market and consumer такимInformation in support of company objectives, projects and initiatives. Repurpose presentations, leveraging client work
• Track all new launches in a diverse assortment of categories, product and ingredient trends.
• Track all seasonal and everyday fragrance trends, benefits, performs gap analysis by brand.
• Create category reviews for internal and external teams
• Organize, design and implement marketing presentations to customers related to new product concepts.
• Work with Evaluators, R&D and Fragrance Applications to develop new product ideas.
• Handle special tasks and projects as requested in order to meet company objectives.
• Other duties and responsibilities in support of company objectives
• Consistent with MANE

• 2+ years in sales/marketing environment

• Computer skills, including PowerPoint and Photoshop (or comparable design program).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Creative ability.
• Daily functions require a high level of accuracy and retro.

Pay Transparency Disclosure
:
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, geographic location, and applicable legal considerations. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is awarded based on both individual and company performance.
