BE FIT. CHANGE LIVES. HAVE FUN. OTF Membership Advisor’s are the first person that members see coming into the door. You are a representation of the studio and as such should portray our culture and positive attitude.
A Day In The Life:- Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
- Work hand-in-hand with our coaches to guide potential members through their first Orange theory workout
- Sell memberships to help the studio thrive
- Follow up on prospective members
- Handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner, with the goal of resolution
- Participate in marketing and outreach events
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00-$15.00 per hour sliding scale based off of experience with commission and opportunity for internal growth professionally and financially
