About the Role:We’re looking for a driven, hands‑on individual who takes pride in their work, enjoys being out in the field, and is ready to be part of a collaborative and hardworking team.
As a Pest Control Technician, you'll be equipped with a company vehicle and scheduled to visit residential and commercial properties to perform Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services. You’ll be responsible for seeing each job through from start to finish and ensuring clients receive top‑tier service and results.
No experience? No problem—we provide comprehensive paid training and support for the right candidate who’s motivated and eager to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Inspect and treat for signs of pest activity or infestation using IPM practices.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, explaining findings and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and customer documentation.
- Operate and maintain equipment safely and effectively.
- Work independently in a variety of settings—including crawl spaces, attics, and exterior environments.
- Collaborate with the team and contribute to a culture of excellence.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math skills for service‑related calculations and estimates.
- Mechanical aptitude—comfortable using tools, equipment, and troubleshooting when needed.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, climb ladders, and enter confined spaces.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and company procedures.
- Dependability, integrity, and a great work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
