Bozzuto is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and appliances, and prepare vacant units for move-in. You will maintain community upkeep and safety while delivering excellent resident service.
A weekend/evening schedule and on-call rotation are required, with opportunities to earn bonuses. Ideal candidates have hands-on maintenance experience or related trades education, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation.
