• Ideate, design, develop, QA, and maintain technical solutions that drive rental value stream products globally through digital systems.
• Work with your product and architects to plan the development and deployment details of work, always ensuring excellent monitoring, alerting, automation, and observability
• Estimate, build, observe, test, and learn in an agile environment where sprints last 2 weeks
• Passionate about problem solving and creative thinking when it comes to a desire tackle real life customer friction factors and challenges
• Enthusiastically plan sprints with the team, chunking down issues into small, manageable pieces. Execute against sprint plans by creating code, with a high QA automation code coverage and feeding relevant progress and re‑plans back into product teams, sprint updates, release and time‑box plans. Always creating sustainable, maintainable, and fully monitored code
• Use excellent diagnostic skills to raise and resolve defects; determine root cause to issues and provide solutions and offer workarounds to a business problem where development engineering becomes too complex
• Applies your mathematical and scientific knowledge and experience to create pragmatic, incremental solutions to innovate and resolve real world problems robustly and at scale

• Overall 1+ years’ experience as software engineer.
• Strong experience as an engineer doing development with React
  
  JS, Nodejs, Java script, Type Script, HTML5, CSS and other UI technologies.
• Strong Experience in multiple back‑end languages (e.g. Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
• Strong SQL, Data Modeling and DB skills with experience working on Oracle, Postgre
  
  SQL databases.
• Strong/hands‑on experience in creating proper RESTful Services & Micro Services with JSON
• Must have experience with tools/frameworks such as Github, Jenkins and Maven
• Ability to implement multiple protocols:
  Websockets, Webhooks, SFTP, Kafka, JMS
• Experience in CI/CD, Kubernetes platform.
• Strong experience in building applications/services on AWS cloud environment.
• Self‑starter, ability to read and develop from a spec
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
