As a Service Advisor you will schedule appointments, communicate vehicle maintenance and repairs, review service history, and provide accurate cost estimates.

• Assist customers, technicians, and wholesale customers in selecting products and services.
• Recommend required parts, suggest complementary items, and offer specials to expose customers to the full product line.
• Carry out additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression on customers.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries to ensure customer needs are handled to the best abilities.
• Determine availability of parts; if not in stock, submit overnight orders when requested.
• Ensure that daily inventory or technicians’ time is consistently sold to customers.
• Set up part orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick‑up.
• Be friendly, professional, and efficient when working with customers and co‑workers.
• Keep workspace tidy.
• Maintain a professional, well‑groomed personal appearance.
