Senior Manager Development

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Manager Development to join our team!

• Strong understanding and execution of end-to-end development cycle for large-scale real estate projects, from understanding of feasibility analysis and concept design.
• Conduct in-depth market and feasibility studies, including real estate market analysis, product positioning, and financial assessments.
• Manage and coordinate design consultants, project managers, and external advisors across hospitality, residential, retail, and mixed‑use asset classes.
• Prepare, review, and present reports, business cases, and presentations to senior team members.
• Provide strategic input into joint ventures, partnerships, and transaction structuring.
• Monitor project performance, risks, and budgets to ensure successful delivery against timelines and KPIs.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the real estate and mega‑project landscape.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (mandatory).
• Architectural background is plus.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in managing large‑scale, mixed‑use real estate developments from feasibility through delivery.
• Strong exposure to mega projects is desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Understanding of financial modeling, feasibility analysis, scenario testing).
