This is a fully onsite position, ideal for someone who is detail-driven, organized, upbeat, and able to create a positive experience for everyone they interact with.

Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

Location: Parsons, KS (Onsite, Monday–Friday)

About the Opportunity

We’re a fast-growing custom packaging manufacturer based in Parsons, Kansas, specializing in high-end rigid and folding boxes for fashion, beauty, jewelry, and luxury brands. We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to help keep daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities running smoothly. This position is the central link between customers, vendors, production, and warehouse teams—ensuring orders are processed accurately, shipped on time, and supported with excellent communication.

What

You’ll Do

• Manage and schedule all outgoing customer shipments with precise documentation and on-time execution
• Create shipping labels, packing lists, and arrange transportation
• Confirm that packaging, routing, and labeling meet customer requirements
• Proactively notify customers when orders ship and share updates as needed
• Oversee incoming deliveries from vendors and partner facilities
• Track deliveries, verify quantities, and ensure materials are accurate
• Communicate delays, discrepancies, or concerns to internal teams

Warehouse Operations Support

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities such as inventory movement and order staging
• Assist with WMS implementation and daily use
• Support warehouse staff to maintain accuracy and workflow efficiency
• Participate in inventory checks and cycle counts

Internal & External Communication

• Provide clear, friendly communication to customers about order status
• Partner with production, customer service, and project management teams
• Build strong relationships with vendors, carriers, and internal teams
• Represent the company with professionalism and a positive attitude

Organization & Process Management

• Maintain and update shipping schedules
• Monitor shipments, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed
• Keep documentation and records complete and accurate
• Suggest process improvements to increase operational efficiency

Qualifications

Required

• Experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, warehouse coordination, or manufacturing operations is helpful, but not necessary
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Strong verbal communication skills with a customer-first approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Positive, energetic personality and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Solid problem-solving abilities and steady composure under pressure
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (Excel, email, shipping software, etc.)
• Must be onsite in Parsons, KS Monday–Friday

Preferred

• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, or packaging
• Familiarity with WMS platforms
• Knowledge of freight, LTL, or parcel shipping
• Background in inventory management or order fulfillment
