Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented

Construction Managerto join our team! In this role you will get tosupport the Construction Director with on-site field construction management activities associated with the completion of assigned construction package(s)

• Directly reporting to PMC Construction Director
• Collaborate in maintaining a strong client relationship as a primary contact.
• Collaborate in reporting project progress meeting with the client.
• Assist in reviewing cost and risk analyses and extra work claims for the client
• Supports to ensure compliance with Company HSEQ policies and procedures
• Monitoring the manpower deployment schedule of each construction projects
• Collaborate in leading construction management efforts and play a pivotal role in project delivery.
• Assist in directing and meticulously assessing the overall planning of construction activities to identify critical milestones and priorities.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient office and field procedures.
• Collaborate in possessing knowledge of pertinent contract documents specific to the project.
• Apply technical knowledge to support comprehensive constructability analysis and review construction documents.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Masters Degree in Construction Management is prefeed
• Minimum 20 years of related work experience providing construction and project management services
• Proven ability to effectively assist in managing teams and communicating with clients.
• Supervisory experience in large civil/structural and/or infrastructure projects (roads, highways ,bridges ,airport) construction in the Middle East is preferred.
• Good written and oral communications skills both in English and Arabic,
