Middle-Office Specialist; Crypto), Secret Pool

An international trading firm is seeking a Middle-Office Specialist to support its expanding trading operations. The role is pivotal in ensuring accurate trade capture, reconciliation, P&L reporting, and process optimization across centralized and decentralized venues. You’ll be instrumental in bridging trading, operations, and technology — helping scale the firm’s infrastructure and drive operational excellence in the dynamic world of digital assets.

This opportunity is for a motivated professional with 1–3 years of experience in middle office, operations, or trade support — ideally with exposure to crypto, derivatives, or quantitative trading environments.

• Oversee trade capture, booking, and settlement for crypto and derivative instruments across multiple venues.
• Reconcile positions, P&L, and balances across exchanges, custodians, and counter parties.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies across systems and ledgers in a timely manner.

• Prepare and validate daily P&L and exposure reports.
• Collaborate with finance and risk teams to support audit, control, and month-end processes.

• Monitor crypto transactions for unusual trading activities.
• Monitor trading activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk limits.

• Work with engineering to enhance middle office tools, data pipelines, and process automation.
• Contribute to building scalable dashboards and reconciliation frameworks using Python, SQL, or similar tools.
• Comfortable working with technical documentation and building or troubleshooting API requests to connect trading and data systems.
• Support onboarding of new trading platforms, products, and liquidity providers.

• Liaise with front office traders, finance, compliance (KYC/AML), and technology to ensure smooth trade lifecycle management.
• Participate in operational buildout projects for new markets, instruments, or regions.
