The Primary Care and Rural Health Coordinator position is intended to supplement the East Clinic Manager position, as the Coordinator handles many more direct reports. The Coordinator oversees the front‑office staff of the Rural Health Clinics.

• Manage Front Office Staff: develop staff work schedules; ensure proper staff training; sit in on interviews for RHC clinics; provide encouragement and moral support; train staff on new processes and ensure compliance with RHC regulations (Good Faith Estimate, etc.); assist with chart audits; manage payroll for all clinic staff; handle provider timesheets; educate staff on RHC regulations and expectations; perform quarterly RHC audits with the Compliance Team;
  
  conduct staff evaluations and yearly education; insert approved provider EMR blocks.
• Patients: handle the initial steps of the complaint process for front‑office staff only; guide patients to resources; help patients understand their bill and assist with billing issues.
• Facility: alert the Clinic Director of any emergencies; coordinate maintenance issues; order office and medical supplies for RHC clinics; maintain clinic neatness and order; ensure ongoing RHC compliance; work directly with the Director and Billing team on changes.
