Inform guests of pool policies, specific pool features, and location of restrooms.  Ensure every interaction is a Forbes 5 Star experience.
a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, ensuring all tasks are completed Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts

Familiarity with luxury service standards and guest engagement techniques
