** The Role of the Pool/Beach Attendant
** The Pool/Beach Attendant is an integral part of the Operations team, dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for Ocean Club guests. This role focuses on creating positive interactions, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring the highest level of service. Responsibilities include welcoming guests using outdoor amenities, guiding them to available pool or beach seating, and providing assistance as requested. The position also requires performing daily opening, operating, and closing tasks for the designated area.

** Key Functions
*** Perform daily opening, operating, and closing duties according to the guidelines set by the department.  These duties include, but are not limited to:
* Cleaning of the entire pool deck or beach area, and surrounding areas and landscaping, of all trash and debris.  All items to be disposed of at the proper location.
* Setup and breakdown of pool and beach lounge chairs. Chairs are to be organized in a preset fashion unless otherwise necessary or instructed by the management team.  Clean all chairs and tables prior to guest arrival and throughout the day as needed to properly maintain the quality of…
