Position Summary

Labette Health's HR Team is growing! In this role, you will support the recruitment process by posting open positions, managing social media posts, and building strong relationships with local schools, community colleges, and universities. You will help create a pipeline of qualified healthcare talent and assist in various HR-related tasks, including candidate offers, benefits administration and enrollment, and licensure/certification compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Job Postings: Post job openings on internal and external job boards, ensuring accurate, timely, and complete listings.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and schedule social media posts related to open positions to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Community Outreach: Develop and maintain relationships with local high schools, community colleges, and universities offering health science programs to build a steady pipeline of future healthcare professionals.
  • Career Fairs: Attend career fairs and other recruitment events to represent Labette Health and engage with prospective candidates.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Assist in creating strategies to attract top healthcare talent and enhance Labette Health's employer brand.
  • Benefit Administration: Assist with benefit enrollments, ensure payroll has correct premium deductions, and reconcile benefit premiums monthly.
  • Licensure/Certification Compliance: Ensure all staff have appropriate licensure for roles at all times.
  • HR Assistance: Support the HR team with administrative duties, including candidate tracking, onboarding, and document management.
