• Design AI‑Driven UX:
  Lead the design of next‑gen adtech experiences driven by automation, machine learning, and predictive analytics including dashboards, assistants, recommendations, and conversational UIs.
• Own Concepts to Execution:
  Drive the full lifecycle of design from user research and concept development to wireframes, visual design, prototyping, and dev handoff.
• Pitch & Shape Strategy:
  Proactively conceive innovative features and pitch ideas directly to leadership, including the CEO, helping shape both product vision and roadmap.
• Be a Cross‑Functional Driver:
  Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, and AI/ML teams to ship delightful, human‑centric features.
• Prototype Future UX Models:
  Use Figma to bring experiences to life including dynamic, predictive, or real‑time systems.
• Champion Simplicity in Complexity:
  Translate technical systems (e.g. Campaigns, Audience, Reports, Measurement) into intuitive flows and elegant UI.
• Inspire with Design Thinking:
  Advocate for user needs while balancing business goals, and give/receive design feedback to continually raise the quality bar.

• Have a degree from a top design program (e.g. CMU, RISD, Stanford d.school, SVA, SCAD, Parsons) with 1–5 years of experience designing for complex systems, data‑rich platforms, or AI‑enhanced tools.
• Have a portfolio that shows exceptional visual design, interaction fluency, and product thinking, ideally in B2B, enterprise, or tech‑heavy domains.
• Have experience prototyping adaptive, intelligent, or predictive UX flows (bonus if with AI assistants or automation tools).
• Are a clear communicator, comfortable defending design rationale to product leadership, engineers, and executives alike.
• Can lead with design but think like a PM when needed, understanding scope, tradeoffs, and user value deeply.
• Are motivated by user empowerment, not just interface polish — and want to help advertisers do more with less friction, better guidance, and smarter systems.

• Experience designing for B2B SaaS, adtech, analytics, or enterprise platforms.
• Understanding of machine learning UX principles e.g., explainability, user trust, confidence scores.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Framer, After Effects, Principle, or motion/interaction tools.
• Experience or interest in Conversational UI, Generative AI tools, or agent‑based design models.
