Job Responsibilities- Utilize Lean Manufacturing tools to prepare feasibility studies and justify costs, leading continuous improvement projects.
- Interact with customer representatives in a professional manner to understand, develop, and deliver unique requests collaboratively.
- Confer with management and other personnel to create designs and resolve relevant issues.
- Develop methods and recommend reductions in cost while maintaining safety and quality standards for increased efficiency.
- Execute cost‑effective designs, research, and development work for the manufacturing process, including assembly methods, production flow, and equipment.
- Assist in determining root causes for system inefficiencies and failures, recommending design and process changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
- 5+ years of Industrial Engineering experience.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Munitions experience preferred.
- Extremely well organized with strong problem‑solving and leadership skills.
- Strong oral and written communication, excellent organization, planning, and implementation skills.
- Positive, self‑driven attitude with results orientation and deep experience with production techniques and product knowledge.
- Adaptable to lean manufacturing developments and remaining abreast of latest advances.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills with conflict management abilities.

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Ability to write complex documents in the English language.
- Capacity to express thoughts orally.
- Ability to wear a mask, respirator, bullet‑proof vest, or other equipment.
- Ability to regularly perform all job functions at company’s office or worksite.
