SummaryProvides general nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
Education Requirements- Diploma in Nursing, Associate’s Degree from a two‑year college, or Bachelor’s Degree from a four‑year college and successful completion of a prescribed curriculum of study which has led to licensure as a Registered Nurse in Kansas.
- Evidence of possessing the experience of a licensed nurse on a staff level.
- Preferably has at least one year of successful practice in nursing and has previous critical care related nursing experience.
- Must obtain certification in BCLS and ACLS within 1 year, and PALS and Trauma Nursing Core Course within 2 years.
- Required:
CPR, ACLS, PALS, TNCC.
