Assistant Manager

Position:
ASSISTANT MANAGER (DAY) at Braum's

Shift: 5:30 am – 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation: $17.50 – $18.00 (annual $48,500 – $52,000)

Hours:

45 hours per week on a rotating 3‑week schedule.

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee daily operations of food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure store policies and practices are implemented and followed.

• Retail management experience.
• At least 21 years old.
