CRISIS SUPPORT WORKER – ON CALL

Average hourly rate: $14.00 (includes wages, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)
This position is on call.
Shifts available:
Friday – Sunday.

• Assist children after hours, including transporting a child to their new foster home or helping a child in moderate crisis.
• Work up to 30 hours per week; schedule is flexible and you may choose days.
• Provide support in hospital settings or various office locations.
• Use company car, cell phone, and computer.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous work experience serving children and families preferred.
• Compassionate, eager to learn, and effective communicator.
• Desire to help children grow, learn, and build healthy coping skills.
• Strong desire to advocate for children.
• Part-time availability.
