What you'll do- Build client relationships that grow stronger every year.
- Serve clients with diverse tax needs as a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional.
- Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
- Conduct tax interviews with clients face‑to‑face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email.
- Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
- Provide clients with IRS support and audit representation when qualified.
- Mentor and support teammates.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (or equivalent experience).
- CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
- Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
- Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
- Experience with tax planning and audit support.
- Sales and/or marketing experience.
$22.00 - $25.00/Hr.
