What You’ll Do- Own the monthly accounting process, from recording investment activities to reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements
- Partner with leadership to deliver accurate reporting and compliance, including lender reports and regulatory filings
- Support financial and tax audits, working directly with external auditors and tax preparers
- Play a key role in preparing tax compliance documents such as 1099s, franchise tax, and annual registration filings
- Contribute to continuous process improvements while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience (Big 4, real estate funds or private equity a strong plus)
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with eFront or similar systems is a bonus
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and provide actionable insights
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, confident communication skills—both written and verbal
- Drive to succeed in a deadline-driven environment while balancing multiple projects
