Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for a Commercial Title Assistant. This is a 2-month contract opportunity based out of Pasadena, CA (Onsite).
Qualifications:- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 4+ years title industry experience; commercial title experience a plus.
- Performs clerical tasks to support timely escrow closings and title recordings. Opens new orders. Creates closing checklists.
- Tracks file and orders updated title searching and reviews completed searches for new items. Investigates and interprets tax records.
- Handles and reviews original documents for recording. Assembles and distributes final forms of documents in preparation for closing.
- Submits documents for recording, managing any rejections to ensure timely recording. Uploads recorded documents and recording fees. Creates final title policies.
- Distributes recorded originals to customer and uploads all critical documents to close out the file.ental documents.
- Provides customer service to the customers and field escrow offices. Interprets and acts on instructions from customers and title officers.
