   Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for a Commercial Title Assistant. This is a 2-month contract opportunity based out of Pasadena, CA (Onsite).

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.
   4+ years title industry experience; commercial title experience a plus.
   Excellent verbal/written communication skills, Strong customer service orientation, Strong detail orientation, Leadership skills.
   
   Responsibilities:
   
   Performs clerical tasks to support timely escrow closings and title recordings. Opens new orders. Creates closing checklists.
   Tracks file and orders updated title searching and reviews completed searches for new items. Investigates and interprets tax records.
   Handles and reviews original documents for recording. Assembles and distributes final forms of documents in preparation for closing.
   Submits documents for recording, managing any rejections to ensure timely recording. Uploads recorded documents and recording fees. Creates final title policies.
   Distributes recorded originals to customer and uploads all critical documents to close out the file.ental documents.
   Provides customer service to the customers and field escrow offices. Interprets and acts on instructions from customers and title officers.
   
   Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $24.86/hour to $24.86/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
   
   Solugenix will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act and Ordinance.
