Position: Staff Assistant II (TS/SCI) - JPL/NASA with Security Clearance
A Staff Assistant II (TS/SCI) position just opened up in Pasadena, CA at the JPL/NASA facility. In this role you will provide support to the Nightshade project;
Project Manager and Deputy. You must be a U.S. Citizen with an active TS/SCI Clearance.

Staff Assistant III - TS/SCI Clearance Pay Rate: $24 - 45/hr DOE Duration: 12 month duration

Work schedule:

5/40 1 st Shift We do offer PTO, holidays, 401k, medical, dental, and vision

NOTE:

MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE AT THE TIME OF HIRE SUMMARY Provide office support to the Nightshade project;
Project Manager and Deputy. Outlook calendar management (both class/unclass);
Coordinating onsite and offsite visits;
Collaborating with Physical Security;
Editing Power point presentations;
Managing presentation files;
Answering phones;
Escorting unclass trades;
Ordering supplies; other duties as assigned Previous office/staff assistant experience. Professional telephone skills;
Solid verbal/written skills;
Excellent Microsoft Office, especially Outlook;
Comfortable with computer technology (including Skype, Teams, Slack);
Initiative and follow-through;
Excels in working as a team About our client:
Our client is a research and development lab federally funded by NASA and managed by Caltech. Manages many of NASAs robotic missions exploring Earth, the solar system, and our universe.
