* Responsible for assigned book of business.
* Process renewals and incidental new business, cancellations, audits, and endorsement requests.
* Responsible for accuracy of your work product and that of others assisting you.
* Issue certificates of insurance, when necessary.
* Create certificate guidelines form.
* Initiate renewal meetings and be responsible for renewal process.
* Negotiate coverages and premiums with carriers.
* Provide producer and/or client executive with accurate renewal proposals.
* Check policy coverages, endorsements and audits for accuracy.
* Respond to or refer insureds' and underwriters' questions or requests.
* Invoice policies, audits, endorsements, cancellations and other appropriate transactions.
* Assist producer, accounting department and client in the reconciliation of client accounts.
* Responsible for account rounding.
* Attend company and department meetings, position-related seminars/classes, client meetings, carrier functions, and other events as required.
* Adhere to policies and procedures set forth for the Department and Bolton & Company.
* Pursue a program for professional development, including attending educational classes in your specific field and those offered by Bolton in communication, leadership, corporate language and other classes as recommended by leaders
* Be an active, responsible team member, conducting yourself in a professional and respectful manner to all internal and external clients, carriers, and staff.
You Should Have
* 4 year college degree preferred. 5-7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Property & Casualty Insurance License.
* CISR designation or other advanced designation.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated comfort with renewal cycle and processes.
* Possesses time management and problem solving skills.
* Personal responsibility and accountability for assigned book of business.
* Ability to build and grow professional relationships with clients

Salary Range
$85,000-$100,000 USD
