In close partnership with our clients, we build one-of-a-kind facilities reflective of their unique goals and aspirations; contemporary learning environments that evoke community heritage and traditions while adapting to new uses and evolving program strengths.

Responsibilities
  • Project Documentation: Coordinate the development of clear, code-compliant construction documents for educational projects.
  • Consultant & Vendor Coordination: Manage and integrate drawings from engineers, consultants, and product vendors to align with the project’s design intent and schedule.
  • Design Team

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with the project team to ensure design consistency and resolve technical issues.
  • Agency Approval: Assist with DSA submittals, track approvals, and respond to agency comments to keep projects on schedule.
  • Construction Administration: Support projects through construction by responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and conducting site observations to ensure design intent is maintained.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture from an accredited school.
  • 4-6+ years of architectural experience with at least 2 years working on DSA projects.
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and related design software.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and project coordination tools
  • Working towards licensure is preferred.
  • A passion for creating spaces that truly make a difference!
  • Candidates must be local to Southern California or willing to relocate, and able to work a hybrid schedule with regular site visits.
