We are seeking an experienced Project Architect (Arch Level III Licensed) with a proven track record on DSA projects to provide technical and team leadership on complex educational facilities. This is a leadership role critical to delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest design and technical standards. What

You’ll Do
  • Project Leadership: Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, and staff resource planning. Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

  • Stakeholder

    Collaboration:

    Engage with educators, administrators, students, parents, and consultants to collect feedback and develop designs accordingly.

  • Project

    Collaboration:

    Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure budget, schedule, and design goals are met.

  • Technical Execution & Code Analysis: Oversee the development of construction documents and details, with a strong focus on constructability and building code compliance.

  • Agency Management: Lead the preparation, submission, and coordination of all agency approvals, serving as the primary point of contact.

  • Construction Administration: Facilitate communication between the design team, contractor, and client to ensure a smooth and timely construction process.

What You Need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture from an accredited school.
  • Certification as a licensed professional is required, California preferred.
  • 8+ years of architectural experience with at least 4 years working on educational projects.
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and related design software.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and project coordination tools.
