About Shriners Children’s Southern California
Shriners Children’s Southern California, located in Pasadena, is a premier pediatric specialty care facility offering comprehensive services in orthopedics, cleft lip and palate, and reconstructive plastic surgery. Our Pasadena facility is one of two ambulatory surgery centers in the Shriners system, providing a full spectrum of pediatric orthopedic care, including sports medicine, hand surgery, and general pediatric orthopedics. The facility is also home to a walk in fracture and sports medicine clinic staffed by our Advanced Practice Providers.
Our center is equipped to provide same-day surgical care and includes two state-of-the-art surgical suites and four post-anesthesia care units. Our physicians work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment composed of Anesthesiologists, Plastic Surgeons, Orthopedic Surgeons, Pediatricians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, athletic trainers, orthotists and prosthetists that work in concert to optimize the functional outcomes of our patients.

We are looking for a surgeon with specialized training and expertise in pediatric upper extremity or sports medicine, though all fellowship-trained pediatric orthopedic surgeons are encouraged to apply.
