Service Technician

What You'll Do:

As a Service Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting our growth. Your responsibilities will include:

* Diagnosing and repairing commercial dish machines and related equipment.

* Training customers on the proper use of cleaning and sanitizing products.

* Delivering and picking up chemical products as scheduled.

* Building strong relationships with customers and decision-makers.

* Handling emergency service calls (on-call rotation).

* Promoting companion products and services to help our customers succeed.

* Collecting payments and following up on account balances.

* Supporting contract renewals and price adjustments.

What We're Looking For:

* Valid driver's license.

* Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.

* Mechanical aptitude and/or driving experience is a plus.

* Willingness to climb stairs, enter kitchens, and work in tight spaces.

* Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
