Executive Search Manager - Recruitment and Sales Specialist

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer (Licensed PE) to join a respected national consulting firm specializing in commercial building evaluations.

In this role, you will lead and contribute to technical evaluations of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in commercial and institutional properties. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and site personnel to deliver accurate, well‑documented findings and practical recommendations.

• Perform building condition assessments (BCAs) with a focus on MEP systems.
• Evaluate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems for performance, compliance, and longevity.
• Review building designs, specifications, and budgets.
• Conduct forensic evaluations, energy audits, and system commissioning.
• Prepare clear, concise technical reports for client delivery.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Travel to project sites locally and nationally (25–30% travel).

• Holds an active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Mechanical Engineering.
• Has 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Possesses strong knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and sustainability standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and related software tools.
