They tirelessly engage with calls and emails to secure bookings, manage their pipelines, meet and tour with potential clients, and collaborate with our Operations Team to guarantee flawless execution of our guests  events.

You’ll make the booking/planning/partying process easy (and fun!) so that your client comes back again and again.

Overview

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Hybrid Event Sales Representative to drive event bookings, coordinate planning across venues, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through collaboration with the operations team.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to all event inquiries and convert them into booked events.
  • Plan events across multiple venues; learn features and benefits of distinctive properties and convey them effectively to clients.
  • Understand the needs of all event types—from corporate functions to birthday parties and other social events.
  • Meet (and aim to exceed) your individual sales KPIs.
  • Stay organized with a large client list and multiple venues; act as the on-site contact for the operations team, hosting BEO meetings to ensure event success.
  • Plan and coordinate client events until the day of the party and manage relationships during and after the event to support retention.
  • Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak seasons.
  • Stay connected with the team on camera for coaching and meetings and present a professional, enthusiastic image when clients visit.
Qualifications
  • Broad knowledge of sales, hospitality, and event planning
  • Proficient in technology including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Feedback-driven attitude
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Adaptability
  • Ability to travel once a year to the national sales conference
  • Ability to travel to Arizona for 5 days of training

Compensation & Benefits

The pay rate for this position is $26.44 per hour plus 1%-3% commission. Lucky Strike Entertainment offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package including healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Details vary by position.
