Security Guard, Customer Service Rep
Overall responsibility and accountability for all aspects of lot checking on assigned route, including recording, handling, and depositing money from all parking-related operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Include but are not limited to the following; additional duties may be assigned.
- Provide courteous and professional interactions with customers, vendors, co-workers, and managers. "Treat others as you want to be treated."
- Provide own transportation at own cost, including fuel, maintenance, repairs, and insurance.
- Accurately inventory station pay boxes, collect and record all cash or equivalents, and secure all collected monies.
- Inventory parking lot, record and credit vehicle payments, and note vehicles with valid permits.
- Deposit all monies or equivalents in the designated bank at the end of each shift or when five deposit bags or $400 are collected.
- Change rates at stations as directed.
- Issue parking violation and owed notices, recording vehicle info accurately.
- Perform data entry using electronic devices, if required.
- Complete and submit all shift paperwork accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness at stations, report maintenance issues, and hazards.
- Inspect and verify signage and rates.
- Protect company property and equipment from damage or loss.
- Report vehicles meeting impound criteria to the supervisor.
- Patrol area to prevent thefts.
- Complete incident reports for damages or unusual incidents.
- Complete shift reports, security logs, and other documentation accurately.
- Submit time cards at the end of the last shift before the pay period ends.
- Maintain a professional appearance, wear uniforms if required, and display s.
- Maintain regular attendance and work overtime if needed.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred; 1-3 months related experience or training; or an equivalent combination.
Licenses: Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance; must pass a company driving test.
Language Skills: Ability to read and understand instructions, communicate effectively in English.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic with money.
Reasoning Ability: Apply common sense, follow instructions, and solve problems involving concrete variables.
Physical Demands: Regularly stand, handle, reach; frequently walk or run; occasionally sit, climb, stoop, kneel, or crouch; lift up to 25 pounds; good vision required.
Work Environment: Exposure to weather, fumes, and noise; moderate to loud environment.
Other: Ability to transfer/relocate without notice.

Salary ranges vary based on experience, location, and market conditions.
