A professional services company is looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to its team. In this newly created position, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for dividends expectation, forecasting models, NPV, investment management, marketable securities, and alternative investments. - Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4+ years of investment banking experience
- Advanced Excel
- Very strong financial modeling skills
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis across equities, fixed income, private equity, real assets, and alternative investments.
- Build and maintain financial models.
- Assess investment performance and provide insights to support portfolio optimization and strategic allocation.
- Research and prepare economic and financial reports covering returns, depreciation, working capital, regulatory impacts, and overall investment performance.
- Track market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments.
- Evaluate funding needs for upcoming business initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic decisions, capital planning, and risk management.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and committee materials.
- Conduct operational and workflow analyses.
- Create clear reports, analyses, and presentations.
- Perform studies on complex financial issues and recommend improvements to policies, controls, or procedures.
- Lead preparation of budgets, financial plans, cash-flow forecasts, and regulatory or statistical reports.
